1) Ce versiune de BitComet utilizaţi?
2) Ce tip de conexiune la internet aveţi (ADSL, etc.)?
3) Aveţi un modem? Folosiţi un router? Ce model? Aţi deschis portul in el?
4) Ce versiune de Windows, Firewall şi Antivirus aveţi?
5) Dacă intrebaţi despre un torrent anume pe care l-aţi descărcat, asiguraţi-vă că includeţi în descriere numele complet al torrentului, numele complet al tuturor fisierelor din torrent incluzând extensia (ex: .rar, .wma, .bin, .cue, etc.).
6) Pentru probleme legate de viteză va rugăm să faceţi mai multe teste în site-uri de testare cum e http://www.speedtest.net (aveţi grijă ca nici un alt calculator să nu folosească conexiunea dvs. la internet si inchideţi orice alt program, incluzând BitComet, în perioada testelor) Includeţi rezultatele şi setările din BitComet în descrierea dumneavoastră. pentru ca noi să vă putem ajuta în a creşte performanţa conexiunii.
Lipsa informaţiilor cerute va duce la ignorarea şi/sau stergerea topicului dumneavoastră, pastrând un forum curat şi organizat pentru cei care respectă regulile.
Va rog să NU puneţi întrebări în acest topic. Creaţi un nou topic, şi asiguraţi-vă că numele descrie clar problema dumneavoastră("Ajutor!", "Am o problemă!" … etc. nu sunt descrieri bune). Asiguraţi-vă că includeţi un maximum de informaţii detaliate. Cu, cât mai mult cu atât mai bine.

6) For speed-related issues, please run various speed tests at a site such as speedtest.net(make sure that no other computer is using your Internet connection andthat all other programs - including BitComet - are closed, during thetests). Include the results, along with the settings that you arepresently using, in your post, so that we may review and offersuggestions to improve its performance.
