0.73 opening Windows Explorer

Bitcomet 0.73 opens Windows Explorer (showing the Bitcomet folder) every time it finishes a BT download in my system. FYI my download folder is not the Bitcomet folder.

Is this normal? This did not happen with the previous versions (0.70 and earlier).

version .70 is the latest stable version.
