This is bad. My download speed is zero, but my upload speed is as high as it can be. Changing the limits of total upload speed doesn’t make any difference. Can anyone help me? I’ve got WinXP Sp 2 set to 80 connection at time, adsl 256kb. And i know that the lack of seeders is not the cause of my problems (there are 10 of them right now)
