I downloaded the file and it is 100%. I started upload it (orange arrow is on) and i can see that the bitcomet is still dowloading some amount of data - less then 1kb/s, but still downloading. Why?
Bittorrent transfers involve communication and negotiation between the peers. What you’re seeing is the overhead of that two-way negotiation.
