Im using bitcomet for a while,Im having no problem for downloading software,music or even dvds,but while im trying to download ..avi files almoust every downloads stops at 99.6% - 99.9%.The same thing hapened to other users I know.

Now what u sugessted me?

Is there any way to open that video file or should I make some changes in bitcomet settings?

If you check you will see in the peers that everyone is the same

sometimes this happens

If the original torrent file is corrupt
If it’s a bogus movie

3 No seeders remain with 100%

You can usually run the file ok in VLC media player once you have got a proper .avi extention to the file

get vlc at http://www.videolan.org/vlc/

to change your file ext, you alter the settings in windows

or better use the file property changer from my blog: called property cafe http://my.opera.com/caf4926/blog/show.dml/75377

then make a copy of the file you want to change to your desktop, drag it to the prop cafe to change the ext. enter .avi

Hi,

If you are using a router, and gaming mode is enabled, this can cause your problem.

Gaming mode does something to alter the files that will cause hash errors to appear, so the very last bit of data will never complete.
