I remember that they alerted you when you downloading a file that you already downloaded before and you could just ignore that alert. However, it seems such a function has long disappeared, or it just needs to do some setting?

It still works provided you don’t select ‘remove from torrent’ history’ when deleting the file
I worked again, maybe because I relocated “BitComet torrent cache” to Disk E from my system disk C, generating a 88M folder. Thanks anyway.
