Almost Tasks Cant Download

I living in Univeristy , i heard my friend say bitcomet have been blocked from servers . However , i still can download one or two tasks .My freien say got one ways to solve problem . It is change “proxy” . But i dunno how to change . So , can someone help me ???

Ok, now I see that you have created a thread.

Did they ban BitComet or BitTorrent in general?

Set BitComet to use a Proxy connection for Tracker communication only. And set BitComet to use Encrypted peer connections only. Make sure you’re using version 0.63 or newer.

I think haven’t been banned !!!

Now only 3 tasks in running , sometimes one taks can downloading 300-400kb , another 2 only 2-3 kbs only.

My uploading always 3 times downloading .
