Always show tabs... not working?

So, when I select a torrent it shows all the tabs I want to see but when I deselect it I only see two of them (Summary and statistics)

I’ve “Always show Tabs” enabled… isn’t it supposed to, you know, always show the tabs? I’ve tried to enable and disable the funciton to get it to work but no success there.

Using the 64-bit version of 1.34.

I can’t figure out what it’s supposed to do either.
