I have lifetime Windscribe- Sometimes I have to shut it off, I don’t want my provider sending me any more copy right violations.

How the heck do you set it to only use the VPN's IP? Thanks!

That is something you would have to ask your VPN supplier. I know that the free one I use (built in to Firefox as an ‘add-on’) will access sites like Pirate Bay via BitComet.
