I believe winzip does I personally use winrar 3.50 ce corperate exclusivey
Winzip, Winace are two popular programs.
although none are as good as winrar.
Rarlabs also has several other “rar” programs they make that will do the same thing, but winrar is by far the easiest.
There are some linux based applications as well.
Suspect
There’s a free app called 7-Zip that handles both rar and zip files.
If you don’t want to pay or pirate then go with 7-zip. I’ve found power Archiver to be neat as well. But WinRAR is a very nice tool. I’ve haven’t used winzip in years.
