Is there anyway I could fix my download problem? I’m from Canada and torrent speeds were great when I was using it there, but now I moved to Macau (Island very close to Hong Kong) and my downloads are either super slow (less than 100kbps) or not moving at all with 1000+ seeds.

Have you read the FAQ topic on this subject, reconfigured your client after the move, and assured that your listen-port is open?
