Something wrong with the Auto-Resume, Program Start-up task still in stop mode. (Bitcomet v1.31-64bit * Win7 SP1-64bit)
There are no other reports of difficulty. Check for errors at resume. Check your settings and assure you have Auto-resume selected. Please make reasonably sure you have an actual bug before reporting it as one.
