I was downloading a bunch of files yesterday when I suddenly got an error message that I needed to free up disk space on my HD. BC then closed itself, asking me to load my progress from a backup file. I have not been able to find said file. Any help?

Using BC 1.26
Windows 7
Firefox 5
DSL internet w/ router
If your system drive is full, then bitcomet (or any program) will be unable to save it’s current status. Once you free up disc space, you can do a rehash on your active tasks to verify their level of download.
The problem is that my active task list has disappeared. Any way to recover it?
You can recover a prior version of it. Go to
c:\users\your name\appdata\roaming\bitcomet
and find the files named “downloads.xml.20110816.bak” (numbers are the date the backup was made)
Pick the most recent date and Rename it to “downloads.xml”
Restart bitcomet.
