BC causing blue screen

Hi,

Have had a perfect working BC until the last upgrade. Since then within 1 minute of turning on BC i get a blue screen crash. I have turned back to edition 1:12 but still crashes, could you please advise(i am not the most computer literate). Just to mention i have never had this problem until the upgrade 1:12-1:14.

Can you use the Windows System Restore facility to try and go back to a snapshot from before installing the las version?
