Beginner has connection problem

I am a beginner to BitComet but have successfully downloaded in the past - but now when trying to download it appears to ‘hang up’. Hovering on the green down pointing arrow shows ‘connecting’ but ever get beyond this.

I am signed in and have two green lights for WAN and DHT and have not amended any settings since using successfully

Using version1.37

Router is Netgear R 6250

20meg fibre broadband

Windows 8.1

Norton Anti-virus

Can anyone advise please?

Check the tracker tab at the bottom and see if there are any error messages, also look at the peers column showing connected seeds/peers and available seeds/peers. If the seeds are all 0, then the torrent isn’t available and you’ll probably need to find another.
