I don’t know what feature your referring to.
As far as I can determine, it has never worked properly. I think it was a predecessor to CometMarks, but was never developed. Since it doesn’t work, nobody’s using it or has really even asked about it before.
Generally, that whole panel is out of date. The “Torrrent Sites” section hasn’t been updated for years.
ah yes, kluelos is right. I assumed you were referring to cometmarks. Most of us pay no attention to that entire pane, but I agree it should be updated or simply removed.

CometMarks is actually handier. It moves your bookmarks to an external, web-accessible site, so that you can get to them from anywhere, or anyone’s computer provided that you can install CometMarks on that computer. CometMarks’ executable is small, so you can put it on a thumb drive on your keychain. Nice to be able to get to your bookmarks from anywhere.
