I need some advice on HOW to put files back into bit comet , so other’s may SEED from me, as I have GB’s of upload to use…

Hi there.
It’s easy. Just open the .torrent you are going to seed and choose the “Save location” to be the folder where your completed file(-s) is(are). BitComet will verify that they are unmodified, and after that you may seed by pressing “Start” button or double-clicking task name.
