Another vpn client for bit comet exist ? Or settings for bitcomet to work on mode vpn ?it is possible …

BitComet is peer-to peer. That means that other peers attempt to contact you directly.
A VPN connection presents itself as you, it’s IP for yours. In order for P2P to work, that VPN connection must allow those incoming connections through its firewall, understand that those incoming peer connections aren’t meant for it, and must forward them to you, while sorting out the other incoming connections as meant for itself. There’s no simple way to do that. There IS a way, but it’s more complicated and requires dedicated bandwidth, so you have to pay for that.
Just as well. Any free VPN connection that did fully work would be instantly swamped. It has happened before.
