If you lower the “Max Simultaneous Download Tasks” to a value below your current downloading tasks, the bitcomet client will freeze. You need to kill it afterwards.
(It’s easy to reproduce - happens all the times)

In the mean time please use version 0.70
(unless you like testing software, in which case were happy if you report any problems)
There is a thread Here for all posts regarding the versions later than v0.70
The same problem occurs in version 0.79.
Besides this problem I’ve got problem with “Auto-resume task at program starup” (I’m not sure, but it appears first time in version 0.73).
