My operating system crashed down and I had to re-install it; but when I connected to Bitcomet and downloaded new file, my new data never been collected and my score froze at the old points and ranking.
Dose that means I have to re-start again from the beginning? Do I have to sign in using different name? or it is just a temporary problem with the server and it will be solved later? thanks to any reply in advance.
