Does BitComet has any command-line parameters, or a way to recieve - externally - details about downloads status?

There are a few, nothing like you want, though. Start a command shell, navigate to the program directory, and execute it with the ever-popular “bitcomet.exe /?” to get a list of the parameters (after BitComet starts, in GUI mode, not in DOS mode.
