As link,in the left bottom of bitcomet it say;The web page cannot displayed.I have tried many ways to solve this ploblem but it did not work. Please help me.Thank you.

This is because bitcomet is unable to log into Comet ID. The most common reasons are use of an IP filtering program like Peerguardian or Peerblock, or you could have some other security software blocking the connection.
However, since you didn’t read the “READ THIS before posting”, you didn’t provide even the basic info we would need to begin to look into this, so all I can offer is a very non-specific guess as stated above.
I had this problem aswell but i installed comet bird again and it works fine now
