Sometimes bitcomet stopped working whiles downloading and it will take longer time or even days before continueing downloading

Just because a task does not continue downloading, does not mean that BitComet stops working… sometimes it depends on the availability/rarity of the pieces and if there are enough seeds/uploaders that have them.
Have you looked at how many Seeds and Peers are connected in your swarm?

The task you have highlighted is showing no seeds, so it may never complete. It’s like trying to buy something that’s out of stock. If seeds return, or bitcomet can find it elsewhere, then it’s possible, but I’d look for a different torrent and check the seeds column before you invest a lot of time downloading.
