I notice that my BitComet is uploading > 400K while I have no active task. All my tasks are stopped.

Long Term Seeding will continue to upload even when all tasks are stopped. It only uploads to other clients that have that facility.
To stop it, you have to disable long term seeding in options
Can BitComet add a tab that show which long term seed is being uploaded. So I can keep the file in the hard drive instead of deleting it.
It’s ALL files that are stopped which can be accessed for LT seeding. What files are being used depends on who is looking for that file (and is also using Bit Comet)
