is there a possibility to save positions in a videofile analog to remember function at opening a played file?
if not: is there a workaround to set remember points manually??

There isn’t, in any player that I know of.
The manual workaround is to remember or write down the elapsed time at which you stopped, and then when you re-open the file, type Ctrl-G to jump to that time, or manually drag the file-progress pointer to that time.
