When I start Windows (XP SP1), BitComet (I don’t know what version it is, but in the end of the licence file is date - 22 Mar 2006) and connect to internet (512kbps), then all of my internet browsers work a few seconds, then displays a message that the following site isn’t available, like when I’m disconnected, but BitComet still downloads. What do I have to do?

basically it sounds like Bitcomet is hogging all your upload bandwidth
