Can I set time for start and stop bitcomet

Example

start 7.00 to 18.00 Mon - Fri

uTorrent has a scheduler.

Bitcomet does not have this feature built-in but you can accomplish it with a third-party program

I use windows scheduler

it boots up my pc from sleep at midnight

that as good as you’ll get at the mo with bc

otherwise as already quoted uTorr
