It is very possible that your systems admin has blocked you from using p2p software.
In order to properly setup your client, you will need admin access to your router, so if they don’t want you to use bit torrent, I’m sure they will not let you.
One thing you can try is to disable listening port, which may allow you to download, but your speeds will be VERY slow.

You’ll probably want to check on company rules about using P2P first. If it’s forbidden and you do it anyway, you might find yourself fired.
