Can't burn downloaded movie

I downloaded a movie & it is a DVDSCR XVID.DAA

What type file is this & how do i burn it <_< ?

To open/burn/convert a .daa you need either PowerISO or UltraISO.

I got Power ISO & converted it & burned it to a DVD

It plays on my PC But Not on my standalone DVD player.

What are the steps to make it play on my DVD player ?

if you have a dvd player that supports DIVX you can just convert your file to DIVX format and then burn it to disc.
