i usually get download speeds of 120 KB/s, and uploads of 30.
now im just hovering around 3-5 KB DL and upload.
i’m using BC 0.70. i did portforwarding already, anything else i could do to fix this?
It could just be a slow torrent, but try one of these…

It would seem so. This is most often from peers that are running multiple torrents at the same time, therefore providing none of them with anything close to good upload bandwidth.
Keep this in mind, cause when you run lots of torrents, your slowing down the peers your connected to.
