maybe it seems to simple to be true but have you tried going into the setting and selecting ‘connect to DHT server’
When you can’t connect, check the tracker status, as you have done. The error codes being returned are Winsock errors, so you can look them up and find out what’s wrong.
In this case, 11004 indicates a problem resolving the domain name of the tracker. There isn’t anything you can do to fix that kind of problem, it’s something wrong on the tracker end of things.
Having DHT enabled might or might not help, but chances are it won’t. Your best bet is to find another torrent with the same material tracked by some other site.
