I downloaded the new version of BC - version 0.71. The ability to control the upload size is no longer in the torrent’s properties. I went to Preferences and changed it there (I’m on a DSL line and I’m sharing so I have to keep it fairly low). But its not working. I’ve set it to 4, to 6, even to 8 KB and it still wants to go at 12 or even 16. I’ve opened and closed the app but it still won’t behave.
Is there something I’m not doing right?
