comcast still slowing speeds?

Well I recently switched to comcast cable from ATT DSL and the downloads are very very slow compared to what they used to be.

I have not made any tweaking to bitcomet because I read that Comcast was not throttling speeds anymore. Any one else having issues and if so a few remedies would be helpful.

If you’ve done nothing to configure BitComet, this alone will slow you down a lot, no matter who your ISP is. Take a look in the Guides forum for some useful information about this.

Also, you should be mindful of what and from whom you download using comcast, I posted earlier they(comcast) e-mailed me a notice of infringement from downloading monsters vs. aliens jumangi torrent.
