I’m having trouble with CometMarks in CometBird, they don’t sync!
I can add new bookmarks, and they sync, but i don’t get my old ones.
Any way to solve that?
It’s been trying to sync for several days now, what’s the cause of this?
And how to solve it?
I don’t want to switch over to IE with CometMarks/Firefox with “Sync”.
I’m not sure what to tell this guy… is cometmarks still being developed? from the reports I’ve seen, it looks like it may have been abandoned?

Go here and see what bookmarks you have left. If you don’t see your old bookmarks there, you can’t get them back. Most likely you selected use local, replace server by accident when installing cometbird.
I’ve tried reinstalling the browser, tried another computer, but still nothing…
All bookmarks appear online, that’s the thing that’s confusing me.
Tried the latest version of CometBird and it refuses to sync also.
Only 3 bookmarks where added locally, and the online ones remained the same.
Download the latest version of cometmarks from here, download cometbird 9.0(check if the sync works). The cometmarks installer will probably install itself in the %appdata%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\etcetc.default\extensions\ folder, move the bookmarks@cometmarks.com folder to %appdata%\CometNetwork\CometNetwork\CometBird\Profiles\etc5etc.default\extensions folder, restart cometbird and cometmarks should sync now.
