If You want comment about a downloaded file forget it.
‘‘Oeps looks like something went wrong’’ gives the system.
So comment on BitTorrent 1.38 can no longer!
So click on the commentsite leave it!
It works fine for me, perhaps you are using an IP filter that’s blocking connections to the comment server?
