I’m not sure how beta testers are testing the program, but make sure they are testing the obvious.
I’ve just installed the program and regardless whether I actually have a movie playing, or I just starting up the program without any movie loaded, selecting “Compact Mode” from the video menu crashes the program every single time.
Same here, with the latest 4.4 version . I’ll wait for Lucy and see if she can forward this to the developers.

excuse me, is there any solution for the crash problem? I have been using MPCSTAR for quite a long time. It’s quite sad to come to this problem after update. And now I can’t have the beautiful logo at the taskbar if I use ver4.3. Can have solution asap, coz i get used to the compact mode which i think it’s good.

Yes the development has been working on this problem and hope it’ll be fixed in the next version.
