computer crash deleted my torrents

Hey all,

Well i just finished getting some new torrents to download and my computer froze and crashed. after rebooting i started up bit comet again and all of my torrents where gone. the files are still in my c/downloads folder but all record of them being in bit comet are gone. Any ideas as to what i can do/is there any thing i can do to get them back?

To avoid this in the future, go to the “File” tab, click on “Import and export” and, crate a backup of your tasks and settings, frequently.
