This started recently, every time I open Bitcomet, my internet is gone, however, bitcomet can function and download as usual, just that I can browse website anymore. as soon as I close Bitcomet, browser return to normal.. Why? Please help

The explanation is ok. Read the FAQ’s - somewhere there have settings for BitComet. Now BC uses all the bandwidth you have.
Try to limit you speeds.
Options->preferences:
global max upload and download rate.
for example if you have 128KB/s download limit your BC global max download on 100KB/s and your upload too.
