Connect to DHT

Alright, I’m new to bitcomet so I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong, but I have a good computer and am having trouble downloading (it took like 5 hours to download .2% of one anime episode).

At the bottom it says: “DHT not connected”

I’ve gone to preferences and selected “enable DHT network”’ and it doesn’t do anything… This problem has been really annoying me… can you elaborate as to what I am doing wrong or what other information you need to better understand my circumstances?

You dont need the DHT Network to download. Most likely your problem is that you havent portforwarded your router.

Have you gone through the settings guide.(link in my sig)

Also make sure your downloading torrents that have lots of people connected to them.
