Connecting Tracker to say Start , waiting for response

I see this in summary , have any way to solve ???

I can download blue film with 30-40kb , upload 300-400kbs

But when download film and drama , always 0kbs and shown “Connecting Tracker to say Start , waiting for response” in summary .

Someone can help ???

I also have a problem with the tracker. It’s trying to connect all the time, but nothing happens. I see this:

Windows XP ICF Status: Firewall TCP port is opened.[Local Area Connection]

Windows XP ICF Status: Firewall UDP port is opened.[Local Area Connection]

Windows XP WF Status: Not Supported.

Update Local IP: 192.168.1.2

Windows XP ICS Status: cannot find working ICS.

Windows XP UPnP Status: device not found!

What can I do? My firewall has exceptions for BitCOmet..

in the trackers tabbed it says the tracker url and under retries it says 0 and under time left it says STOPPED. That’s all it says on tracker.

Select the .torrent file, then look in the summery section for “Tracker Status.” And tell us what that says, also look at the health of the .torrent file(s).

This means your torrent isn’t seeded (will not work)
