Connection problems! Help,please!

Hi!

I have just downloaded the BitComet 0.70 and it seems it cannot connect. I use the internet connection from work and they use a proxy. I have Windows XP installed in my computer and Norton antivirus. I do not know if at work they use a modem or a router or the model of it ( I´ve got a cable that comes to my laptop!) I can connect to other programs such as messenger. Sorry, I don´t know what else to say,…I´m not very good at computers. Hope you can help me. On the Trackers says “trying to connect” but it doesn´t get connected and on the inforamtion says “an authorization is needed” That the web site is not authorized or something like that. What can I do , please? Thank you for your help in advance!

When I suggested that you post in the English forum, I did not mean for you to duplicate your post in it (duplicate posts will, in the future, just be deleted).

For now, please keep this thread in ONE forum - since you have already posted this question in the Spanish forum, let’s see if we can be consistent and maintain the responses there. This way it won’t be creating extra work for the staff, unnecessarily.
