Connection problems

Hi guys,

I’ve been downloading for quite a while now but never had this problem so any help or advice would be muchly appreciated. I’m trying to log in but time after time it keeps saying i can’t due to server connection problems. I can’t download previous tasks and i can’t start any new one’s. Is it a problem with my software or is the server down as a whole.

Connecting to our server is not required to download, so it’s not related to your problem. However, since you did not read the guidelines for requesting support, you didn’t know what info to include in your request for help, therefore we cannot begin to diagnose what trouble you might be having.
