i downloaded the cccp program and the dl plays excellent but it plays garbled in the Divx player.

Do i have to do any conversion so i can play it on Dvix then burn it?

if you go to the divx website you can download a 30 day free trial of the divx converter. then just drag your dl to the converter and let it convert… this will take a little while.

If you installed CCCP then don’t waste your time with Divx player. Just use Media Player Classic that comes in CCCP or use Windows Media Player to play your video files and you shouldn’t have a problem.
