I like Firefox, and have used it as my main browser since its early days, but today I just got fed up waiting for it to load, so I keyed in ‘fast browsers’ and after trying Opera and K-Meleon, I found Cometbird and was immediately taken with its speed and general handiness and appearance. Even better when I worked out how to import my Firefox bookmarks. I understand that I will be able to d/load videos as easily as with FF (yet to try that), so my joy is almost complete. I say ‘almost’ because I do like my nightlaunch theme in FF and as yet I don’t think Cometbird runs to themes -does it? However I am sure it is only a matter of time. Meanwhile I am delighted with it, so pleased to be here - hello world - so as to keep an eye on what is around the corner. :smiley:

Whey- you CAN add Firefox themes - how about that. I have just added nasa nightlaunch to Cometbird - perfect! Like Firefox but with SPEED

Yeah, CometBird is that amazing. And when you eventually get tired of the NASA Night Launch theme, you can try Personas Plus. It works as seamlessly in CometBird as it does in Mozilla Firefox. Optionally, you have Personas Rotator, which shuffles the personas periodically.

Another interesting alternative is AnyColor 0.3.2 (experimental add-on), similar to Personas (only changes the GUI’s chrome texture, but you got light-weight themes in the end).
