I would like a better understanding of KB Down/KB Up, Health, Peer connection and exchange, and other information listed in the gray in the top box on the transfer page. Is there a userfrielndly glossary or tutorial?

There is no help section to speak of within this prgram. No glossary, how-to help section within the program or on the web.

What does all that information mean and what settings can I play around with get better per to peer connection
