i am getting alot of torrents that are coming up with the above mentioned topic what can i do HELP
Are you asking how to enable dht network? There are three ways to disable it, in your global settings (all tasks), your specific task settings (one task only) or while making the torrent it can be disabled for all users. Private torrents always have dht disabled.

found out a little more about how to fix my problem i went into the advanced sttings and found that most of the boxes were not checked that is why it was disabled
This is what I explained, dht can be disabled in your global settings, task settings or disabled when authoring the torrent.
