If you want to submit a bug report that can be verified and sent to development, then I think you’re going to have to find someone who is fluent in both English, and the technical terms associated with bittorrent downloading.
In other words, I have no idea what type of error your encountering, so there is nothing I can do to verify any related bugs in our client.
