I have downloaded it, but I don’t want my speed lowered anymore than it already is. I have a Motorola WR850G router and Windows Firewall.
It doesn’t slow you down per say. All it does block black listed peers. So follow these instructions so you won’t block too much or the wrong people.
Only use these three lists from PG’s site: p2p, ads, & spyware. Don’t block edu ranges as those block college dorms with high speed lans. Don’t waste your time with gov. Do not use any of the lists from bluetack. Theirs are extreamly bloated & the guys are jerks.
Also turn off HTTP block. This will slow down your browsing.
