i had just reformated my com. Before i reformated my com, the dl rate of mine was at at least 50k/b.
But now i get like 0-5 k/b dl. I did all i could to enhance the speed like portforwarding, changing of ports. Some of the files that i dling have health of 4000% and its dling at 1 k/b, i even tried limiting the upload rate.
just reformatting your hard drive will not effect the speed of your downloads.
I think you must have a configuration problem that needs to be resolved in order to improve download speeds.
I hate to just guess at things that “might” cause this problem, but have you setup a static ip address since you reformatted? and if so, have you adjusted your routers port forwarding settings to match your current ip address?
