Sorry if this type of question has been posted before.
No matter what movie I try to download, it says downloading, but then says it failed. I have downloaded before so don’t know why this is happening now. It is also downloading a file right now and seems to be working fine for that.

Try to describe the **exact **thing/message you see in BitComet instead of using your own words. We can’t just simply guess what error type you encounter.
Sorry, I am just getting to know this program and noticed a yellow light and discovered that my firewall just all of a sudden decided to block it. Let’s see if I can figure this out. If not, I’ll be back!

I am suddenly having this problem. I have checked my firewall settings with no problems to be found.
The error message is in a small box in the middle of the screen that says firstly~:
Downloading torrent file, please waiting…
Then changes to:
Torrent file download failed
I am using Pirate bay, Sumo torrent. All the same result, it was fine last night
I’ve tried to download several .torrent files from TPB today, to no avail. It seems it’s a site-related problem.
TPB has been having “issues”, since its owner was ‘forced’ to (temporarily?) shut down, a few weeks ago… everyone trying to download from TPB is pretty well in the same boat.
I have the same problem using kickass torrents. I have used this in the past with my old pc, now I just put it on my new pc and get the same thing. any ideas???
I had a similar problem, but have not found a solution…
